About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Answering customer's queries, suggestions, and remarks via email/chat/phone
2. Contacting potential customers and converting them into permanent happy customers
3. Researching prospects and generating leads
4. Handling and resolving customer complaints effectively and efficiently
5. Supporting the team in setting up a new customer for the team
6. Keeping up with the customer about a new product in order to increase sales
7. Following up with the customer for their experience
8. Building and maintaining relationships with key customers
9. Understanding the needs of key customers and making sure to meet them
10. Meeting with managers in the organization to plan strategically
11. Expanding the customer base by upselling and cross-selling
12. Conducting business reviews using CRM programs
13. Assisting in marketing and advertising promotional activities
14. Tracking changes in consumer engagement following the roll-out of each marketing campaign
15. Knowing your competition and strategizing accordingly
16. Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
