Job Description
1. Building and maintaining a profitable relationship with key customers
2. Overseeing the relationship with customers handled by the team
3. Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently
4. Keeping customers updated on the latest products in order to increase sales
5. Meeting with managers in the organization to plan strategically
6. Expanding the customer base by upselling and cross-selling
7. Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing these
8. Conducting business reviews
9. Knowing the competition and strategizing accordingly

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 4th Feb'21 and 11th Mar'21
3. are available for duration of 3 months
4. have relevant skills and interests
1. A Bachelor's in administration or related field (we prefer people specialized in psychology)
2. A minimum of 2 years of experience
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
4. Superior product knowledge
5. A team player with leadership skills
6. Able to maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction
