Job Description
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Adding new job posts and selling database solutions to existing clients:
This involves creating and posting job listings on behalf of clients. It also includes upselling additional database solutions to existing clients to meet their evolving needs
2. Acquisition of new client companies and recruiting companies:
This responsibility entails identifying and reaching out to potential new clients.
You might be involved in the process of onboarding new client companies and recruiting firms as customers.
3. Resolving issues with clients and candidates:
Your role is to act as a point of contact for clients and candidates when issues or concerns arise. The goal is to address and resolve these issues promptly and effectively to ensure client and candidate satisfaction
4. Providing feedback for product improvement:
This involves gathering feedback from clients and candidates regarding the database solutions and services provided. You should communicate this feedback to the product development team to facilitate improvements and updates
5. Scheduling regular client meetings:
Maintaining strong relationships with clients, and scheduling and conducting regular meetings are important. These meetings aim to assess client satisfaction, understand their needs, and ensure that the company's services align with those needs
