About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Ensure outstanding customer satisfaction by maintaining strong working relationships
2. Welcome clients on behalf of the company and answering the calls
3. Handle client issues throughout the implementation life cycle in a timely and accurate fashion
4. Answer questions, suggestions, and remarks from clients
5. Maintain complete and accurate customer correspondence data
6. Develop and update client-related reports
