Designation: Customer Relationship Management

Responsibilities include:

1. Meet the customers at the site office and show the progress of construction
2. Send monthly updates of the progress to the customers
3. Explain the various construction stages
4. Assist the customers in designing and customizing their homes
5. Schedule site visits
6. Coordinate with various departments like projects, execution, finance, etc. to gather the required information
