The CRM will be responsible for nurturing long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and supporting both the sales and post-sales process. The role includes managing client interactions, resolving concerns, coordinating across departments, and utilizing real estate software to enhance the overall customer experience.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Client Relationship Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the sales and post-sales journey.
Maintain consistent communication to address client needs and ensure satisfaction.
Build and strengthen long-term client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
2. Lead Management:
Monitor, follow up, and nurture leads through Real estate software.
Allocate leads to appropriate sales team members for effective conversion.
Track lead performance and prepare regular reports for management.
3. Customer Support & Issue Resolution:
Address client queries related to property documentation, payments, and timelines.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns promptly and efficiently.
4. Data & CRM Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and transaction history.
Analyze client data to gain insights for improving service quality.
Ensure timely updates of all customer interactions and follow-ups in software tools.
5. Cross-Department Collaboration:
Liaise with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure smooth processes.
Assist in planning and executing client engagement campaigns.
Organize site visits, client meetings, and ensure proper documentation handling.
6. Customer Experience & Feedback:
Track and enhance customer satisfaction through regular feedback.
Identify areas for service improvement and implement corrective measures.
Advocate and promote a customer-centric approach within the organization.
Key Skills Required:
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management capabilities
Effective problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
Basic knowledge of real estate processes and regulations
Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail
Proficiency in Real estate software and other relevant software tools
Educational & Experience Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (Any discipline). Preference for Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related fields.
2–5 years of experience in customer service, client relationship management, or sales support, preferably in the real estate or property development industry.
