Job Description
Location: Janakpuri West, District Centre
Experience: 1 - 2 years (preferably in immigration or related fields)
Salary: 18k - 25k (plus incentives)
Job Summary:We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to join our growing immigration consultancy. The CRM will be responsible for managing client relationships, improving customer experience, and ensuring smooth processing of immigration applications. This role involves coordination between sales, documentation, legal teams, and external agencies to ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the immigration process.
Understand clients’ immigration goals and provide accurate information and updates.
Maintain and update CRM software with client interactions, follow-ups, and progress.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely submission and processing of client documentation.
Proactively resolve client issues, escalate where necessary, and ensure client satisfaction.
Monitor and follow up on leads, inquiries, and referrals from various sources.
Assist in client onboarding, background verification, and documentation collection.
Keep up to date with immigration rules and regulations across various countries (e.g., Canada, Australia, UK, etc.).
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive client data.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
Proven experience in customer service or relationship management; experience in immigration or visa consulting is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Depth knowledge of immigration laws, visa processes, and international opportunities.
Multilingual abilities are a plus (especially Hindi, Arabic, or regional languages).
Knowledge of international immigration procedures (study, PR, work visas).
Experience in handling high-value clients or VIP portfolios.
