Adventure Travel Consultant(Sales)

Main Job Tasks & Responsibilities:
Help customers identify the right adventure travel package (type, location, cost, etc.)
Respond rapidly to visitors who come to our site.
Ensure customers enjoy a smooth trip - in both booking and during travel.
Resolve any customer complaints or dissatisfaction - work constructively and positively with both customers and tour operators.
Build long-term relationships with loyal customers.
Monitor competition and sell / promote Mojhi versus competitors.
Ensure company continues to enjoy high growth in sales revenue by selling packages to customers.
No fieldwork
Education & Experience:
University education - any graduate
Computer/technology literate - able to use basic computer applications, including docs, spreadsheets, etc.
1-2 years on a sales or customer service role at Business to Business (B2B) or Business to Consumer company (B2C) - preferred but not mandatory
Proven track record in generating sales revenue and/or providing a high quality of customer care - preferred but not mandatory
Experience in a small and/or startup company a bonus.
Salary: - Rs.19000 to Rs.20000 per month depending on the capability
