Job Description
- The resource is required to contact registered customers over phone to understand their sales area and work with the internal team to ensure that they get relevant business opportunities sent by email.
- At end of the free trial period, the resource should coordinate with the customer and encourage them to subscribe to our services.
- Customer complaints should be handled.
- All customer engagement will be by telephone and email.
- It is 0930 - 1800 hours, 5 days and week and alternate Saturdays are working days
