Key Responsibilities:
- We have an opening for the role of Relationship Manager (Presales & Support) with Leading Online Stock trading company .
- Fixed Salary + Good Incentives
- Location : Bangalore ( Close to Indiranagar Metro Station )
- Work Timings : Fixed Day Shift (10 to 6) + Sat/Sun OFF
- Must speak English + Hindi & or English +Malayali (Multi-language skills considered a significant advantage)
- We are looking for Freshers Graduates with Finance Background with some knowledge in Finance/stock market/ Capital market/Derivative market with excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Playing an active role in CRM on daily basis and doing cold calling to the leads assigned.
- Achieve Monthly, Quarterly Revenue Targets and Performance KPIs.Try to get more referral opportunities from New Clients & Existing clients.
- Effectively retain customer’s and maintain good rapport with clients as assigned.Drive growth from New customers through proactive solutions & provide Online training.
- Quickly understand the Process ,Trading Products & Platform ,Market trends etc .
- Female candidates only .
- Candidates who have excellent communication skills in English+Hindi are highly preferred.
- Multi-language skills considered a significant advantage.
- Should be highly energetic, self-motivated and a good team player Should have excellent verbal ,written communication skills and Presentations skills.
- Ability to work effectively with a results-oriented focus and a highly disciplined approach to meeting objectives.
