Job Description
RESPONSIBILTIES:
- Interact
with customer and guide them to the right section
- The
CRM would be responsible in communicating the features and enrolling the
customers in the Loyalty Program.
- Would
be responsible in ensuring that the customer feedback forms are filled and also
in case of customer grievances handled with necessary actions taken.
- Ensuring
that all sections maintain the walking registers and contact information taken
in case of those customers too who have not purchased.
- Ensuring
to call customers for collection of debtors
- A
major role of the CRM would be also in analyzing the reports along with Store
Manager & Marketing team to drive events.
- MBA Marketing/Graduates or Equivalent
- Should have a Excellent communication
skills , self motivated assertive and Hard working.
- Must have a positive work attitude, adaptable and keen learner
