Job Description
- To deliver the desired revenue target numbers.
- Cross-Selling to existing customers & Acquisition of new customers.
- To provide solutions to the Customers financial needs.
- To systematically execute the sales process to facilitate delivery of revenue targets.
- Preparing and maintaining Sales Call reports and all relevant MIS.
- To identify potential HNI clients through referral networks.
- To execute monthly sales plan to acquire large prospective clients and ensure regular contact with all mapped clients through regular weekly / monthly Calls.
- Daily tracking & follow-ups
- To ensure 100% client penetration for business sourced by building relationships & enabling an increase in the share of wallet & revenues.
- Salary: Rs 1.80 to 2.40 Lacs p.a. + Variable/Incentives
- Good communication skills are mandatory
- Hardcore sales profile with good communication skills
- Sales would be done over the Telephone, No field sales
- Looking out for candidates who stay within 6-8 kms from our office
