Job Description
- As a Relationship Managers your responsibilities include the following
- Achieve volume and revenue goals via the combination of SME Customer Acquisition and Relationship Management
- Enhance the Relationship Value of the assigned SME Customers.
- Grow the number of new SME account relationships via conversion of customer referrals, marketing leads and self-generated leads.
- Build the business and relationships through the execution of effective sales processes.
- Review product penetration for the assigned client base; identify potential customers who can be sold tailored products to enhance product penetration.
- Organize customer events to enhance customer bonding.
