Job Description

Looking for an experienced Support person.
Please only apply for this role if you have had more than 3 years.
Work experience needs to be in the US/UK based call center.

Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate new customers onboarding
Train customers on using the software
Provide a practical workaround on current processes to fit the new software
Create and maintain a good relationship with the client
Co-ordinate with the technical team
Help in creating documentation files, webinars and training videos
Increase customer retention
Manage deadline expectations and completions in a timely fashion

The ideal candidate will have:

Excellent convincing Skills
Strong writing, oral and organizational skills
Excellent training and support skills
Think practically and logically to provide solutions
IT background
SAAS experience will be a bonus
Timings will be based on the US process
