Job Description
- Looking for an experienced Support person.
- Please only apply for this role if you have had more than 3 years.
- Work experience needs to be in the US/UK based call center.
- Facilitate new customers onboarding
- Train customers on using the software
- Provide a practical workaround on current processes to fit the new software
- Create and maintain a good relationship with the client
- Co-ordinate with the technical team
- Help in creating documentation files, webinars and training videos
- Increase customer retention
- Manage deadline expectations and completions in a timely fashion
- Excellent convincing Skills
- Strong writing, oral and organizational skills
- Excellent training and support skills
- Think practically and logically to provide solutions
- IT background
- SAAS experience will be a bonus
- Timings will be based on the US process
