Manager –Customer Relationship manager(Sales Executive)(loan & health insurance each)
• Good communication skill
• Ability to handle data of clients on PC, Laptop.
• Should have basic knowledge for Insurance sales and Loan products.
• Client relationship management and ability to offer them the right finance product.
Roles and responsibilities:
• Increase sales and achieve targets month to month(data will be provided).
• Channel development.
• Building sales leads through Cold calling, referrals, and creating sales leads in order to pursue new clients.
• Working closely with the management team on creative things to increase our market share, Sales or towards anything else in the field of sales and business development.
• Working on sales leads that might be generated by you or your team.
• Set and monitor clear objectives to achieve the agreed sales Target of the Product.
• Self-motivated and able to Handle Pressure.
• Working on maintaining the sales account.
• Working on explaining the products or service through presentations, brochures, videos, and other materials.
• Must have a target achieving knowledge, People management, client relationship management, building goodwill with the Business Associates.
• Should have experience in the following areas: Direct, Team handling, handling branches.
