Job Description
Position Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to join our growing team. The CRM will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with existing and prospective customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, retention, and engagement.
The ideal candidate should have excellent interpersonal skills, a customer-first attitude, and the ability to understand customer needs. You will act as the key point of contact between the company and the customer, ensuring a smooth and satisfying experience across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers.

Serve as the primary point of contact for customer queries, complaints, and service needs.

Ensure timely and successful resolution of issues and requests to enhance customer satisfaction.
2. Customer Retention and Loyalty:

Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs, preferences, and usage patterns.

Identify opportunities for up-selling, cross-selling, and renewals.

Develop and implement strategies to increase customer retention and reduce churn.
3. Onboarding & Support:

Guide new customers through the onboarding process, helping them understand products/services.

Provide post-sale support to ensure smooth usage and problem resolution.

Offer training or product demos (online or in-person) if required.
4. Communication & Coordination:

Maintain regular communication with clients through calls, emails, and meetings.

Coordinate internally with the sales, operations, and service delivery teams to ensure customer needs are met.

Communicate any updates, offers, or changes in product/services to customers clearly and effectively.
5. Feedback Collection & Reporting:

Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.

Document and share customer insights with relevant departments (e.g., product, marketing, sales).

Prepare regular reports on customer satisfaction, engagement, and service metrics.
6. CRM System & Documentation:

Use CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot) to manage customer records, interactions, and follow-ups.

Update customer information regularly and maintain accurate logs of communications and transactions.

Track relationship progress and document key customer milestones.
Eligibility Criteria:

Education:
-
Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

Postgraduate qualification (MBA or Diploma in CRM/Marketing) is a plus.

Experience:

Minimum years of experience in Customer Service, Sales, Account Management, or CRM roles.

Freshers with excellent communication and interpersonal skills may also be considered.

Skills Required:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and regional language preferred).

Strong customer handling and problem-solving abilities.

Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
