ROLL: Customers Relationship Manager
QUALIFICATION: DEGREE ( Or ) MBA
SKILLS: Finding customer, Social media influencer, Good fluency in Tamil & English Language
AGE LIMIT : Above 20
WORK MODE: On Site
TIMING: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
1. Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular communication and touchpoints.

Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients and ensure their needs are effectively met.

Understand the client’s business, objectives, and preferences to provide personalized service and solutions.
2. Customer Service & Retention
-
Handle client inquiries, complaints, and service issues promptly and professionally.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and proactively address dissatisfaction or service gaps.

Conduct regular follow-ups and client feedback surveys to improve service quality.
3. Sales & Account Expansion

Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities to increase client value and revenue.

Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads from existing clients into new business.

Assist in creating customized proposals and business solutions tailored to client requirements.
4. Onboarding & Client Support
-
Support the client onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and well-documented transition.

Guide clients on how to use products or services effectively.
-
Provide training or demos where required and ensure clients are familiar with available resources.
5. Reporting & Documentation
-
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, communications, and agreements using CRM software.

Prepare client status reports, feedback summaries, and renewal updates for management.

Monitor KPIs related to customer retention, satisfaction, and account performance.
6. Coordination & Collaboration
-
Liaise between the client and internal teams (sales, support, technical, finance) to ensure deliverables are met.

Coordinate meetings, updates, and service reviews to align internal actions with client expectations.

Resolve escalations in a timely manner by involving the appropriate internal stakeholders.
