Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and personable Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to maintain strong relationships with our existing clients and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will proactively address client needs, resolve issues efficiently, and identify opportunities to enhance customer engagement and retention.
Key Responsibilities:

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple clients simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS OFFICE.
- A customer-centric mindset with a focus on building trust and long-term value.
