Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Engagement and Relationship Building:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.

Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, handling all inquiries, concerns, and service needs.

Regularly communicate with customers via phone, email, in-person meetings, or digital platforms to keep them informed and engaged.
2. Understanding Customer Needs:

Identify and analyze individual customer needs, preferences, and business goals to provide tailored solutions.

Conduct periodic check-ins and reviews with key accounts to evaluate satisfaction and gather feedback.

Use customer insights to recommend improvements to products, services, or processes.
3. Customer Retention and Loyalty:

Develop and implement strategies to retain high-value customers and reduce churn.

Address complaints and resolve service issues promptly and effectively to prevent customer dissatisfaction.

Facilitate renewals of service contracts or agreements before expiration.
4. Cross-Selling and Up-Selling:

Promote relevant products or services to existing customers based on their needs and usage history.

Collaborate with the sales team to identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.

Contribute to meeting revenue targets through relationship-based selling.
5. Data Management and Reporting:

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, preferences, and feedback using CRM software.

Prepare and present reports on customer activity, satisfaction levels, renewal rates, and opportunities for growth.

Monitor customer KPIs and trends to inform account strategies and business decisions.
6. Collaboration and Internal Coordination:

Work closely with departments such as sales, marketing, operations, and product development to ensure seamless service delivery.

Share customer feedback with relevant teams to improve product features, customer experience, or operational efficiency.

Support onboarding of new clients by guiding them through the product/service setup and usage process.
7. Customer Education and Support:

Educate customers on how to use the company’s products or services effectively.

Provide training sessions, product demos, or knowledge-sharing resources as required.

Ensure customers are aware of new updates, features, promotions, or policy changes.
