Job Description

Looking for a candidate who can attend the customer, show them flats and attend the customer and attend customer calls, good with the English and letter drafting.

Responsibilities:

Must be able to handle real estate customer's inbound and outbound calls.

Handling customer queries over phone and via Emails at various stages of projects.

Building and maintaining profitable relationship with customers and doing followup calls.

Must explain to the customers about the proper details of teh property.

Invite clients to Site visits as per sales leads according to the requirements.

Must have the capabilities of communicating and coordinating with other team members.

Respond to customers on time and provide complete and correct information either in writing or in person as requested.

Maintaining customer updates on enquiries made.

Maintain database and MIS.
