Job Description
Specifics of the role:
1. Verification of the customer documents as provided by Sales, understanding all the commitments made during the sale transaction & deviation given, if any- Take Team Reports
2. Responsible for achieving & overachieving the defined collection targets.
3. Raising timely invoices as per the billing milestones achieved.
4. Thorough follow up with clients for payments until closure.
5. Ensure registration readiness of the customer & prompt support to the backend team for execution.
6- Deliver good customer experience with an intent of 100% customer satisfaction & generating referrals from existing customers.
7. Ensure prompt response to customer queries.
8. Ensure smooth functioning of handing over formalities.
9. Rapport building with external partners for loan disbursement.
10. Address various customer grievances within defined period
11. Thorough snagging with an aim of delivering finished product as per company's quality standards before the date of possession. Make reports and follow-up till closure
12. Follow up with the projects team to close loop on snag list.
13. Generate various weekly, monthly reports to track the deliverables and reports.
14. Readiness for audit by systematically maintaining the required documentation & process adherence.
Qualifications:
1. 1+ Years Experience in CRM MANAGER
2. Minimum 1+ years of experience in Real Estate environment
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills
4. Bachelor’s degree or Equivalent
