Responsibilities:
Sales and Relationship Building:
- Promote and sell demat accounts to potential clients.
- Upsell a range of financial products and services to existing demat account holders.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to foster long-term partnerships.
Client Education:
- Educate clients on the benefits of demat accounts and other financial products.
- Provide information on market trends and investment opportunities to empower clients in making informed decisions.
Market Research:
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics.
- Use market insights to identify new sales opportunities and improve product positioning.
Documentation and Compliance:
- Assist clients in completing necessary paperwork for demat accounts and other financial products.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Sales Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including client interactions and transactions.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and submit them to the management.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the financial services sector.
- Knowledge of demat accounts, stock market, and various financial instruments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation:
