We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Relationship Manager to join a leading brand in the F&B industry. You will be the key point of contact for customers, ensuring excellent service, satisfaction, and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
- Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and speed
- Coordinate with internal teams (kitchen, delivery, front-end) to ensure smooth service
- Monitor customer satisfaction and loyalty metrics
- Manage CRM tools to track interactions and engagement
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve service quality

- 2+ years of experience in customer relationship/client servicing roles
