Customer Relationship Officer handle the concerns of the people who buy their company’s products or services. They work to rectify issues experienced by individual customers as well as aim to improve the organization’s overall customer satisfaction ratings

Responsibilities:

1.Need to make reminder calls to the existing customers

3.Respond to the customers queries

4.Maintaining customers payment records

5.Responsible for collecting payment.

6.Build connections on behalf of the company.
