Full Job description
· Generating sales leads and passing the lead to the sales team
· Resolving customer queries
· Maintaining contract renewal records
· Managing customer relationships
· Managing client feedback and comments
· Communicating client requirements to the operations department
Essential Qualification:
Ø Excel and system knowledge
Ø Good communication skills
Ø Take initiative when required
Ø Able to display control over activities
Ø Two wheeler/Four Wheeler Automobiles industry experience is an added advantage
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Engagement & Interaction

Greet walk-in customers and visitors with a warm, professional approach.

Understand customer requirements, guide them through available models, and explain features.

Provide test ride coordination and ensure a smooth vehicle selection process.
2. Sales & Lead Support
-
Assist the sales team in maintaining customer follow-up.
-
Call prospective buyers from the enquiry list or leads database to fix appointments.

Follow up with hot, warm, and cold leads until closure or drop-off.
3. Vehicle Delivery Experience
-
Coordinate vehicle delivery schedules, documentation, and readiness.

Create a memorable delivery experience (ribbon cutting, delivery photos, etc.).

Ensure customers are properly briefed on vehicle usage, warranty, and service schedules.
4. Customer Relationship Management
-
Build long-term relationships with customers through regular engagement.
-
Handle post-sales calls, service reminders, and feedback collection.
-
Resolve minor complaints and escalate unresolved issues to the showroom manager.
5. Documentation & Reporting
-
Maintain accurate customer records, delivery checklists, and feedback logs.
-
Enter data into CRM or showroom systems for tracking follow-ups and satisfaction scores.

Prepare reports on customer visits, deliveries, and follow-ups.
