Roles and Responsibility :
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers, car workshops & surveyors regarding customer requirements
- Creating Job card
- Sharing estimates with customers
- Understanding of Motor Insurance Policy, comprehensive & zero debt
- Coordination with surveyor
- Process delivery order
- Knowledge of inspection & maintenance of vehicle
- Responsible for setting up of strong network of surveyors
- Ensure that service provider staff follow the correct procedures, policies and documentation requirements across service phases
Requirements :
- Diploma/Degree in automobile engineering
- 0-3 years of experience in service
