Roles and Responsibility :

Ability to effectively communicate with customers, car workshops & surveyors regarding customer requirements
Creating Job card
Sharing estimates with customers
Understanding of Motor Insurance Policy, comprehensive & zero debt
Coordination with surveyor
Process delivery order
Knowledge of inspection & maintenance of vehicle
Responsible for setting up of strong network of surveyors
Ensure that service provider staff follow the correct procedures, policies and documentation requirements across service phases

Requirements :

Diploma/Degree in automobile engineering
0-3 years of experience in service
