Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Representative with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. This role is ideal for freshers who are eager to learn, communicate effectively, and provide exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a professional manner.
