Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Customer Sales Associate to join our sales team. The primary responsibility of this role is to sell international bank credit cards, understand customer requirements, generate leads, and present the products effectively. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and persuasion skills and a passion for meeting sales targets.
This is a field-based or in-store sales role that involves direct interaction with potential customers.
Key Responsibilities:

Actively promote and sell credit cards issued by international banks to eligible customers.

Approach potential customers through field visits, telecalling, or inside-store setups.

Understand customer needs, financial habits, and eligibility to recommend the most suitable credit card.

Provide a clear explanation of credit card features, including:

Credit limits

Reward points

Cashback offers
-
Annual fees
-
Travel and lifestyle benefits

Interest rates and billing cycle

Present the benefits and advantages of using the product in a persuasive and customer-focused manner.

Assist customers with the application process, form filling, and documentation.

Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and conversion status using CRM tools or trackers.

Coordinate with backend teams for application processing and customer onboarding.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as set by the supervisor.

Attend training sessions and stay updated on product changes, promotions, and compliance guidelines.
Requirements:

Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Diploma / Any Graduate.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Confident, outgoing, and persuasive personality.

Basic knowledge of financial products, especially credit cards, is an added advantage.

Willingness to work in a target-driven environment.

Should be comfortable with fieldwork / direct sales roles.

Local language proficiency is a must; English or Hindi is a plus.
