Hiring Company: A leading Paint Company

Exp-Fresher/Experienced

Responsibilities:

- Converting leads into sales.
- Sites supervise. Based at Colour Dealer Shop & reporting to dealer, customer handling, pitching about products with walkin customers, Quotation submitting & pitching with customer.

- Taking feedback from customer & amount collected from converted sites.

- Lead Generation via local activations

- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and follow up to ensure resolution.

Additional Requirements:

Well versed in Hindi, English and Malayalam

Must have their own Bike/2-wheeler

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to stay calm and manage stress in a fast-paced environment.

Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
