Job Description – Real Estate Sales Agent (Dubai)
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic *Real Estate Sales Agent* to join our expanding team in Bangalore from Dubai. The right candidate will have a passion for property sales, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to thrive in a competitive market.
Responsibilities- Prospect, source, and qualify potential buyers and sellers through networking, calls, and digital marketing. - Conduct property viewings and provide professional guidance on market conditions, pricing, and legal requirements. - Negotiate deals to secure favorable terms for clients. - Maintain and update CRM databases with leads, listings, and client interactions. - Stay updated on Dubai real estate trends, regulations, and community developments. - Collaborate with other team members to reach monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements- Proven experience in real estate sales, preferably in the Dubai Real estate market. Or Bangalore real estate.- Freshers can apply too.- Strong negotiation and closing skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages (Arabic, Russian, Mandarin, etc.) is an advantage. - Resilience, self-motivation, and ability to work independently.
