Job Description
- International Voice Outbound (US PROCESS)
- Candidates must have excellent communication skills, average computer skills, and the ability to solve the customer's queries quickly.
- For this, they are also required to have good listening skills and having a neutral accent.
- Passed 12th StandardAny Graduate / Post Graduate (BE / B.tech /with relevant experience are eligible).
- Candidates with Backlogs and Year Down are also eligible.
- Experience: Minimum 6 Months experience in BPO's
- Shifts: Night Shifts (10PM-7AM) Saturday and Sunday Fixed Off.
- Facilities: Drop Facility for Night Shift
- Skill Required: Excellent communication skills.
- Salary:10000 to 20000 Per Month.
- One time meal and Cab facility also provided.
- Job Responsibilities:
- Performing the tasks as per the given standards and set regulations by the company.
- Maintaining the quality of service as required by the client and working on continuous performance improvement to offer best quality services to the client.
- Maintaining the important logs and documentation regarding the details of the tasks performed during the project.
- Responsibilities also include performing the monthly milestone reports and project progress report for the discussion with the client.
- The BPO job responsibilities also include goal and target setting, so that the project is completed within the stipulated deadlines as given by the client along with excellent quality work.
