Customer Sales Executive
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Revenue Generation

Identify and pursue new sales leads through cold calling, networking, email campaigns, and social media platforms.

Actively generate new business opportunities and convert leads into customers.

Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.

Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers using solid arguments and persuasive techniques.

Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics as set by management.
Customer Relationship Management

Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Understand customer requirements and tailor sales presentations and product recommendations accordingly.

Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding pricing, delivery, and product specifications.

Resolve customer complaints effectively by identifying problems, determining appropriate solutions, and ensuring resolution in a timely manner.
Product Knowledge and Promotion

Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s products and services.

Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.

Attend product training sessions and industry events to enhance product and market knowledge.

Educate customers about new products, special promotions, and value-added services.
Reporting and Administration

Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and prospecting efforts using CRM systems or databases.

Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews for management.

Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.

Provide feedback to the product and operations teams to support continuous improvement.
Team Collaboration and Coordination

Work closely with other departments such as marketing, operations, logistics, and finance to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

Participate in regular team meetings, training sessions, and strategy discussions.

Support fellow team members in achieving team goals and sharing best practices.
