Job timing - 8 am to 5 pm and 04:30 pm to 1:30 am Rotational shift 1 week off

Job Summary

A Customer Sales Executive in a movie hall is responsible for driving ticket and concession sales, promoting offers, and ensuring an excellent customer experience. The role involves handling ticketing, upselling food and beverages, managing memberships, and providing exceptional service to moviegoers. The ideal candidate should have strong sales skills, excellent communication, and a customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities

1. Ticket Sales & Box Office Operations:

Sell movie tickets at the counter, self-service kiosks, or online booking platforms.
Assist customers in selecting the best available seats.
Handle ticket refunds, cancellations, and exchanges as per company policies.
Manage cash, credit card, and digital wallet transactions accurately.
Maintain records of daily sales and generate reports.

2. Concessions & Food Sales:

Upsell snacks, beverages, and combo deals to maximize revenue.
Provide information about new menu items and special promotions.
Ensure quick service while maintaining hygiene and safety standards.
Assist in stock management and replenishment of the concession stand.

3. Promotions & Loyalty Program Sales:

Promote and sell movie hall memberships, loyalty programs, and gift cards.
Inform customers about ongoing discounts, special screenings, and combo offers.
Encourage customers to book tickets in advance for upcoming blockbuster movies.

4. Customer Engagement & Support:

Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Assist with inquiries about movie schedules, pricing, and promotions.
Address customer concerns and escalate issues to the supervisor when necessary.

5. Reporting & Sales Target Achievement:

Work towards achieving daily and monthly sales targets.
Provide feedback to the management about customer preferences and sales trends.
Assist in implementing sales strategies to boost revenue.
