Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused, and target-driven Customer Sales Executive - Voice Process to join our inbound and outbound telesales team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in generating revenue by engaging with potential or existing customers over the phone, explaining product features, and convincing them to make a purchase or sign up for services.
The role demands strong communication skills, the ability to handle pressure, and a willingness to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This position is ideal for freshers, graduates, or candidates with experience in voice-based customer interaction.
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Engagement

Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to inform them about products or services.

Answer incoming calls from customers to take orders, answer inquiries, and resolve complaints.

Engage with customers in a courteous and professional manner.
2. Product Presentation & Persuasion

Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and offers clearly over the phone.

Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate products or solutions.

Use persuasive communication to convert inquiries into sales.
3. Achieve Sales Targets

Meet daily, weekly, and monthly individual and team sales goals.

Record sales, customer interactions, and outcomes accurately in CRM or internal systems.

Follow-up with prospects who showed interest but didn’t convert immediately.
4. Customer Relationship Building

Build a strong rapport with customers to ensure trust and repeat business.

Provide accurate information and handle rejections or objections positively.

Update customers on promotions, renewals, and after-sales support if needed.
5. Documentation & System Updates

Enter customer details, feedback, and sales details in CRM or ERP software.

Maintain call logs, lead status, and reporting metrics with accuracy.

Follow up via calls, emails, or SMS as per company procedures.
Required Skills
Communication & Sales Abilities

Technical Skills

Basic computer literacy (MS Office, typing skills, email usage).
