Job Description
Position : Customer Sales Representative
Location : Howrah
Qualification: Any Graduate (Mandatory)
Experience: Fresher or Any retails sales experience
Salary & Benefits: for fresher 10k to 12k & experience 14k to 16k + pf + esi + Incentives + Yearly bonus
Gender: male & female both can apply
Age : 20 - 24 yrs max
Duty timing : morning 10 to evening 8 o clock
no night shift & Rotational week off

Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Business Development
-
Identify potential customers through leads, walk-ins, referrals, and inquiries.

Actively promote and sell the company’s home appliance products (e.g., refrigerators, washing machines, air conditioners, microwave ovens, kitchen appliances).

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
-
Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue.
2. Customer Relationship Management
-
Greet and engage customers in a friendly, professional manner.
-
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
-
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat purchases.
3. Product Knowledge & Demonstration
-
Stay updated on product specifications, features, pricing, and warranty details.
-
Provide live demonstrations and explain product benefits in simple, customer-friendly language.
-
Answer technical and usage-related questions to help customers make informed decisions.
4. Order Processing & Coordination
-
Prepare sales orders, invoices, and delivery instructions.
-
Coordinate with logistics and service teams to ensure timely delivery and installation.
-
Follow up with customers post-purchase to confirm satisfaction.
5. Complaint Handling & After-Sales Support
-
Assist customers with queries, complaints, or service requests.
-
Liaise with the service department for warranty claims or product repairs.
-
Ensure issues are resolved promptly to maintain customer trust.
6. Market Feedback & Reporting
-
Gather feedback from customers regarding products, prices, and services.
-
Report competitor activities, pricing strategies, and new market trends to management.

Prepare daily/weekly sales reports.
