Customer Sales Specialist Job in Creme Castle at Noida

Creme Castle is a Designer Cake bakery with both offline and online channels. We specialise in Customized cakes for all occasion. 

Looking for a rockstar filled with creativity and with keen desire to learn. Looking for a entry level candidate who speaks and writes English fluently. Candidate should have minimum 6 months of work experience and should be a resident of Noida or Greater Noida.

Someone who is passionate about food and dessert and obsessed with customer experience will be the ideal candidate.

Job Description includes: 

1. Handing customer queries about different designs of customized cakes

2. Promoting the brand and closing maximum leads with Sales

3. Handling post sales order related queries

4. Acting a liaison between Chefs, Designer and Delivery managers

The job requires working from either Creme Castle Cafe in Greater Noida or Production kitchen in Noida. The job entails hands on experience with Salesmanship, digital marketing and selling on ecommerce channel.
