Job Description
Shift timing : Flexible
Job Description:-
Open and maintain customer accounts by recording account information
Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
Maintain financial accounts by processing customer adjustments
Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Manage large amounts of incoming calls
Generate sales leads
Proven customer support experience
Exceptionally good in English communication
Ready to work in flexible shifts including night shifts
Work from home may be allowed as per business needs
Ready to work rotating shifts which may change every 3 months
Two days rotational off will be given
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
Knowledge of:
Some sales experience or customer service experience preferred, but not necessary; some experience with Windows and the Internet highly preferred. Familiarity with Microsoft Office useful.
Education And / Or Experience:
Any Graduate with 0 to 6 Months of experience.
Language Skills:
Excellent grammar, spelling, and sentence structure; excellent reading comprehension; professional written language and content.
