2) Will hold the complete responsibility in resolving all the complaints which is listed by the Guest (customer) when they leave the car for service.
3) The complete responsibility of the car will be on the employee once it enters for the service till it exits the service station.
4) Should know Kannada and English, with this if he/she knows any other language that would add an extra points.
5) Should hold a minimum 1 year of experience as a service advisor.
