Position: Customer Service Advisor / Technical Service Advisor - Internship

About the role

You’ll work closely with colleagues in your team, and will be passionate and committed to delivering an excellent customer experience with each and every interaction. You’ll need to be able to work flexibly and take every opportunity to “wow” our customers, by meeting – if not exceeding – service standards. Making sure that you maintain the high standards that drive our brand, you’ll share your knowledge and understanding, and manage yourself against agreed service standards.

  • Assist Customers in filling up an IT service request form.
  • Advise customers on repairs.
  • Scheduling customer appointments and vendor and client meetings
  • Track Service requests from start to completion.
  • Liaise with vendors for part procurement and delivery.
  • Use and update ITIL tools to manage incidents and service requests.
  • Prepare invoices for clientele.
  • Social Media Management across companies Business pages.
  • Content writing for Company website and social media posts.
  • Perform 1st level repairs to devices
  • Pick up and drop of parts from nearby vendor

About You

To succeed you’ll need to be a great team player. You must be passionate about developing yourself and be committed to working to the highest standards. You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be fully familiar with using technology in a customer service environment.

Customer service, sales skills are a plus: You must have the proven ability to deliver great customer service, both over the telephone and via email, and you’ll need a really high level of attention to detail. The individual should have strong communication and interpersonal skills and should be well versed in English (Spoken and written)

Outstanding problem-solving skills and aptitude to handle difficult situations.

ITIL, Microsoft Certifications would be beneficiary.

Responsibilities

This position reports to Center Manager

Part time role would be from 9:30 am to 4:30 pm.

Job Seniority level:

Entry Level: Interns and freshers are welcome to apply as well.

Job Location:

Looking for candidates who reside in Orlem, Malad or nearby.

Driving License:

Candidates with Bike License will be preferred.

Salary:  ₹5,000.00 to 10,000 per month will be paid in stipend
