Job Description
- The candidate should be a conversationalist - someone who has a natural ability to engage in conversation with the customer on the phone.
- The candidate should be able to discuss various company products and identify cross-sell opportunities.
- The candidate should have excellent communication skills and basic computer skills (E.g. Familiar with MS Office, Outlook, etc and has a decent typing speed)
- The candidate should be able to work with a team and report the day's work efficiently to the manager.
