Job Description
Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic, customer-oriented, and persuasive Customer Service and Sales Executive to join our team. This role combines two key functions—providing exceptional customer support and driving sales through upselling, cross-selling, and proactive client engagement.
As a Customer Service and Sales Executive, you will serve as the face and voice of the company for new and existing customers. Your primary goal is to resolve inquiries, build relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction—while also identifying opportunities to recommend additional products or services that match the customer’s needs.
You must be a great communicator, quick thinker, and solution-oriented individual with a passion for delivering positive customer experiences and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Service Duties

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, or messaging platforms.

Provide detailed information about products, services, pricing, or order status.

Resolve customer complaints and issues with patience, empathy, and professionalism.

Troubleshoot problems or escalate them to the appropriate department for resolution.

Follow up with customers to ensure issues have been resolved to their satisfaction.
2. Sales & Lead Conversion

Proactively promote products or services that align with customer needs.

Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities during service conversations.

Convert inbound inquiries into confirmed sales through persuasive communication.

Make outbound calls to follow up with interested leads, provide quotes, or close deals.

Meet or exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
3. Customer Retention & Relationship Management

Develop strong, long-term relationships with customers to improve loyalty.

Handle renewals, subscription follow-ups, and feedback requests.

Track customer satisfaction and suggest improvements to enhance service quality.

Act as a brand ambassador by positively representing the company in all interactions.
4. Order & Account Support

Assist customers in placing orders or modifying existing ones.

Guide users through website features, payment processes, or technical issues.

Help manage customer accounts, update records, and process refunds or returns where applicable.
5. Reporting & CRM Updates

Maintain accurate logs of customer interactions, leads, and sales in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot).

Track lead status, follow-up schedules, and sales pipeline performance.

Share daily/weekly reports on service cases handled, sales achieved, and key customer feedback with management.
