The Customer Service & Support Executive will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, processing orders, managing complaints, providing product or service information, and maintaining positive relationships with clients. She will also collaborate closely with internal departments such as sales, logistics, technical support, and finance to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Educate customers on product features, usage, and company policies.

Order Processing and Documentation:

Process customer orders, quotations, and invoices in coordination with the sales and logistics departments.

Ensure accurate entry of customer details, order items, pricing, and delivery instructions in the system.

Monitor order fulfillment and shipping status and provide customers with timely updates.

Complaint Management:

Handle customer complaints with patience and professionalism.

Investigate and resolve issues related to product defects, delivery delays, or service concerns.

Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department while maintaining clear communication with the customer.

Record complaints and feedback to help improve processes and customer experience.

Record Keeping and Reporting:

Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, feedback, and actions taken.

Prepare reports on customer satisfaction, response times, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).

Identify trends in customer inquiries or complaints and suggest proactive solutions or improvements.

Cross-functional Coordination:

Liaise with internal departments such as sales, warehouse, accounts, and technical support to resolve customer issues promptly.
