We are hiring for Customer Service Associate -Inbound for Mumbai Location

Minimum Eligibility - HSC and Marathi Linguistic also mandatory
NO SALES - NO COLLECTION, Purely for INBOUND Customer Service
Candidates with Experience of Customer Services & EDU-TECH Process will be added advantage
Fresher’s are also welcome with excellent communication skill set
PURE DAY SHIFT 10:00 AM to 07:00 PM for Female & 11:00 AM to 08:00 PM for Male
Should be flexible for Rotational Weekly off and COMPLETE WORK FROM OFFICE
Excellent Written & Verbal Communication with Interpersonal Skill
Should be Vaccinated with 2 dose & Aadhar Card Linked with Mobile Number
Good computer literacy for maintaining records and report
