Job Description
Responsible for store operations
· Take steps to ensure that Net Sales targets are achieved
· Stock inventory, controlling expiry and damage, shrinkage
· Cash handling
· Making duty roster for staff
· Customer handling
· Maintaining store operation checklist
· Making store planogram
· Preparing sales & Stock reports on daily basis
· Taking daily stock inventory
· Conduct programs to improve average bill value
· Make efforts for better ordering, merchandising and suggestive selling of products to improve sales.
· Review and set up SOP for the Operations for both Store and online business
