Job Overview:

To be an energetic youngster with pleasing personality to join our Fashion Consultant team.
You will assist customers in choosing the right clothing that makes them look good, merchandise the store, and play a vital role in making our retail experience a positive one.
Top notch customer service skills are a must, besides the ability to learn product knowledge quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Welcome and greet customers as they enter the store
Maintain a clean and tidy work and retail space
Provide in-depth product knowledge including features, benefits, and overall value
Cross-sell and Upsell to Maximise sales
Organize and replenish front stock and help merchandize store
Work as a team to achieve sales goals

Qualification & skill sets

Minimum High school diploma or 12+.
Previous retail, sales and/or hospitality experience a major plus
Extremely personable, positive, and approachable
Fantastic customer service skills
Ok with working weekends, and holidays
