Assist the Distribution Center Manager in tasks that are required to maintain a clean and visually appealing space and treat independent distributors and their prospects in a positive, friendly manner;
- Utilize Organization software applications in order to provide top-level support and assistance for customers in person at our distribution center, on the phone and through email;
- Remain up-to-date with any changes related to product, promotions, back office, training, incentives, sales tools, company policies, pricing, or services and communicate the latest information to members;
- Provide information and support in response to a variety of inquiries, utilizing the knowledge of the Company and its products and services. Keep records of customer complaints and report problems;
- Help select, train and manage customer services representatives as the business grows in various locations across India;
- Provide support at Organization events and incentive trips by helping communicate necessary information to organization member participants
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Education: Bachelor’s degree
- Bilingual (Hindi, English)
- At least 2 years of experience in customer services;
- At least 2 years of experience in team management;
- Must have excellent interpersonal communication skills, team management skills, and a strong sense of responsibility;
- Must be self-motivated and exhibit natural leadership;
- Must have a customer focused mentality and the ability to build strong customer relationships;
- Management experience, direct selling industry experience, experience with nutritional supplements and/or cosmetics, speaker, or trainer a plus ensure a high quality of services in Indian market.
