Job Description
Role & Objective
The Customer Service Associate (CSA) works in support of the store management team to facilitate the completion of all store level tasks and performs a variety of tasks related to different areas of the store including Product Packaging, Labeling, customer service, general housekeeping and other related functions.
Duties and Responsibilities
· Stock shelves with products and supplies to ensure in-stock conditions at all times including all kitchen appliances, cleaning products etc.
· Response to customer inquiries by understanding enquiry; reviewing previous inquiries and responses; gathering and researching information; assembling and forwarding information to the manager.
· Collaborate with the immediate team, other customer service teams, sales team, and other company departments to ensure overall customer and product satisfaction
· Meet or exceed call quotas and sales assist quotas, both personally and as a team unit.
· Answer incoming calls and emails in an efficient manner and Provide accurate answers and solutions to customer queries.
· Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
· Provide necessary information about products and service
· Understand customer requirements so as to provide appropriate clarifications and solutions and Route and direct customer requests to appropriate personnel.
· Provide administrative support and assistance
