Job Summary
Immediate Requirements for Customer Service Voice – Ecommerce
Designation: L1, Associate
Location: Malad - Mumbai
Education: Graduate freshers (M/F) or Under Graduates with excellent communication skills (along with any experience - BPO or Non-BPO)
Pay Scale: 15k + 2750 Incentive – 25k + 2750 Incentive
Shift Timing: 24/7 Rotational Shifts, with weekly 2 Offs
Interview Rounds
HR→ Operations→ Language Assessments → Typing(25/80)→ Behavioral Assessment
Responsibilities and Duties
* Should be able to successfully resolve customer issues/ complaints.
* Maintain high level of expertise, soft-skills and telephone etiquette skills
* Communicate with customers clearly
* Adhering to the clients code of conduct
* Flair of sales
