Job Role:
Advises present or prospective customers by answering incoming calls on a rotating basis; operating telephone equipment, automatic dialing systems, and other telecommunications technologies. Documents transactions by completing forms and record logs
Good command over spoken language, good writing skills, pleasing personality, rapport building ability, problem-solving abilities, great service attitude, analytical bend of mind, tenacity to handle end-to-end solutions.
Required Skills:-
Basic computer knowledge
Excellent and good communication skills
Qualification: - Any Graduate/Post-Graduate Fresher
Under Graduate with minimum 6 months experience.
Age Limit: 18 to 35 Years
Shift Timing: - Male- 24*7 shift (Any 9 hours)
Female - Morning 6.00 to 8.00 pm (Any 9 hours)
Salary:- Monthly in Hand Minimum 12.5k to 17k
Mandatory language - English, Hindi & Marathi
Other languages requirement – Punjabi, Gujrati, Bengali, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam
Interview Process: - Telephonic and F2F
