Position: Customer Support Executive (Outbound Voice- Appointment setting)
Shift: (Australian Shift)
Shift Timings: 4 AM IST to 2 PM IST (Indian Time)
Education: HSC/ 12th pass/ Graduate/ Undergraduate
Location: Shalimar, Nashik
Experience; Both Fresher/Experience are Welcome
Note: Only Male Candidates are considered
Training will be provided to shortlisted candidate
Job Description:
Must Have:
· Should have fluent and excellent English Communication skills Both Verbal and Written
· Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
· Hands on Experience on Using Microsoft office tool such as Word, Excel.
· Should be a quick learner, Good communicator and ability to work in team
· Should be flexible with Australian Shits and Night shift.
· Should have positive attitude and Willing to grow in Career.
